# Job Description – Customer Support Executive
*Location: PUNE Mumbai and BANAGLORE
*Work Mode:* Work From Office (WFO)
*Shift:* 24/7 Rotational
*Experience:* Minimum 1 Year International Voice Experience
*CTC:* ₹4.5 LPA – ₹6.5 LPA
*Transport:* 2-Way Cab available within transport boundary
## Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries through international voice support.
* Provide accurate information and effective resolutions.
* Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
* Achieve defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
* Follow process guidelines and company policies.
## Eligibility
* HSC / Graduate candidates can apply.
* HSC with minimum 18 months of experience.
* Minimum *1 year International Voice Process experience*.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
* Candidates comfortable with *24/7 rotational shifts*.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
