Job Description – Customer Support Executive MSME Government Process Survey Position: Customer Support Executive Department: Customer Support / Survey Operations Salar Experience: 0–1 years Employment Type: Full-time Language Requirement - Telugu - Tamil Candidates proficient in both languages will be preferred. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to MSME/business owners for government process surveys. - Explain the survey purpose and process clearly. - Collect and verify accurate information. - Handle customer queries professionally. - Update survey details and call outcomes in the system/CRM. - Follow up when additional information is required. - Meet daily and monthly calling/survey targets. - Maintain customer and business information confidentiality. Eligibility - Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred. - Freshers can apply. - Experience in customer support, telecalling, BPO, survey, data collection, or government-process projects is an advantage. Required Skills - Good communication and listening skills. - Telugu/Tamil fluency. - Basic computer knowledge. - Good customer-handling and convincing skills. - Target-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
