Job Title: Voice / Non-Voice Customer Support Executive

Job Type: Full-Time
Number of Openings: Multiple
Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through chat and email.
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Resolve customer issues according to company policies and procedures.
Maintain records of customer interactions whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: Undergraduate.
Graduate candidates are also eligible to apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the role requirements.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Good written communication skills in English and/or Hindi, as required for the role.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Salary: Salary will be based on the candidate's educational qualifications, relevant work experience, and skills.
