· Handle customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions through calls, emails, chats, and other support channels.
· Log, track, update, and close customer tickets in accordance with defined SLAs.
· Conduct first level troubleshooting for the company products/solutions
· Perform essential checks to confirm the reported issues have been successfully resolved.
· Understand customer requirements and concerns and coordinate with relevant internal teams for resolution.
· Maintain proper records of customer interactions, complaints, requests, and resolutions.
· Follow up with customers to ensure timely and satisfactory closure of issues.
· Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager.
· Coordinate with technical, product, operations, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
· Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients and customers.
· Monitor customer issues and identify recurring concerns or service gaps.
· Share customer feedback and insights with relevant internal teams to support product and service improvements.
· Track customer support metrics and prepare basic reports on queries, complaints, response times, and resolutions.
· Ensure adherence to defined response and resolution timelines.
· Continuously look for ways to improve customer experience and support processes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
