Position: Customer Support Executive / Customer Care Executive
Experience: 0-1 Years (Fresher + Experienced both can apply)
Qualification: 12th / Graduate / Any
Location: Sector 58, Noida [Work From Office]
Role Summary
We are looking for a polite & customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls, chats & emails
- Resolve customer queries, issues & complaints promptly
- Provide correct information about products & services
- Maintain customer data and call history in CRM
- Follow up with customers for feedback & issue closure
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior team
- Ensure high customer satisfaction & retention
Requirements
- 0-2 Years experience in Customer Support / Telecalling
- Good listening skills & problem-solving attitude
- Basic computer knowledge - MS Excel, CRM, Email handling
- Patient, polite & customer-friendly nature
- Willing to work in rotational shifts if required
Skills Preferred
- Experience in Voice / Non-Voice Support
- CRM knowledge
- Complaint handling & customer retention
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
