CSA / Sales

Role Overview: You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, assisting them throughout their shopping journey, and sharing product features and benefits. Your role will also involve explaining services, building trust and loyalty with customers, resolving queries both before and after sales, ensuring timely product delivery, receiving feedback from customers, and managing inventory. Additionally, you will be required to conduct daily quick counts, receive bulk shipments, perform physical counts, mark received items in the system, replenish displays, manage damaged products, handle daily handovers, and report inventory discrepancies to the Store Manager. You will also be expected to follow visual merchandising guidelines, maintain store cleanliness and hygiene, update SOP files daily, and reconcile daily cash and card sales.
