Role Overview: You will be working as a Senior Customer Service Associate at Firstsource Solutions, a leading provider of customized Business Process Management services. Your role will involve having a good knowledge of Durable Medical equipment related terminology and functionality, deep experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or medical technology industry, and understanding FDA regulatory clearance pathways. You will be responsible for production, quality, shift and reporting adherence, and process knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Possess good knowledge of Durable Medical equipment related terminology and functionality - Have deep experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or medical technology industry - Obtain, review, and collate information from various sources, particularly related to medical devices/medical equipment clinical trials - Understand FDA regulatory clearance pathways Qualifications Required: - Preferred educational qualifications: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/M.E in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, or Biotechnology - Preferred work experience: 6 months to 2 years - Functional/Technical Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, comprehension, organizational skills, ability to work independently, multi-task, and employ a systematic approach to work tasks,
