Job Title: Senior CSA Grade: H1 Job Category: Associate Function/ Department: Operations Reporting to: Team Lead Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities: - Possess good knowledge of Durable Medical equipment related terminology and functionality. - Have deep experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or medical technology industry. - Ability to obtain, review, and collate information from various sources, particularly related to medical devices/medical equipment clinical trials. - Understanding of FDA regulatory clearance pathways. Key Results: - Achieve production and quality targets. - Adhere to shift schedules and reporting requirements. - Demonstrate strong process knowledge.
