Job Description

As an experienced professional in facility management and general administration, your role will involve facilitating and supporting the business head in achieving organizational goals through effective planning and implementation of Admin services. This will ensure high employee engagement and increased productivity. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring end-to-end services in Estate/Township and Plant Premises related to Facility Administration - Facilitating continuous infrastructure improvement, maintenance, and upkeep of Township and Plant Premises to enhance the quality of life of employees and their families - Providing support in the implementation of CSR activities around the site by supporting various Clubs, schools, and trusts - Ensuring end-to-end support during Plant Turn Around and Shut Down - Managing the smooth functioning of Guest Houses at Township and Industrial Canteen operations - Overseeing the delivery of all Corporate services activities in Plant premises and Township - Addressing employee grievances related to services in Plant and Township - Coordinating with the Corporate Affairs team for issues related to nearby villages - Providing end-to-end support to the team for new facility construction projects regarding Facility Operations and Policy design - Experience in leading large manufacturing sites, handling large unions, managing large townships, and overseeing significant infra projects - Exposure in managing legacy issues of contract labor such as Industrial Canteen, housekeeping, and horticulture, including unregistered unions In addition to the above responsibilities, you should hold a Post Graduate degree in facility management or a related discipline from a reputed Institute/University. With 15-23 years of work experience in facility management and general administration, you should have a proven track record of managing teams. Your skills and competencies should include excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), a process-centric focus, negotiation skills, planning and execution abilities, strategic orientation, the capability to manage ambiguity, and a track record of delivering results on target.,
