CS & Export Documentation Manager - Freight forwarding - Ahmedabad

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the CS & Export Documentation team in the Freight Forwarding Industry. Your role will involve coordinating with shipping lines, handling export operations, and ensuring smooth container bookings and pick-ups. Additionally, you will be handling all export documentation tasks and resolving issues with stakeholders such as shipping lines, CHAs, and transporters. Good communication skills in English are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Managing a team and working collaboratively with them - Coordinating with shipping lines for container booking and arranging container pick up - Allocating containers from the shipping line - Filling online Shipping Instructions (SI), ODEX VGM, FORM-13 - Handing over Shipping Bill on ODEX & MMD-3 - Coordinating with customers, forwarders, and CHAs - Handling all types of export operation work - Managing booking from airlines and IATA agents to handover procedures - Resolving issues with shipping lines, CHAs, and transporters - Handling nomination shipments Qualifications Required: - Experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry - Good communication skills in English Note: Salary for this position is between 40-60K with 3-5 years of experience.
