Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Crystal and Mineral Salesperson, located in Manali. The role involves assisting customers in selecting crystals and minerals, educating customers about the qualities and properties of products, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate pricing and product displays. Additional responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining the cleanliness of the store, and contributing to a positive and welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers
• Knowledge of crystals, minerals, and their properties, or a willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and experience in customer service
• Attention to detail for inventory management and accurate product labeling
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in retail or a related field is a plus
• A genuine interest in metaphysical products, crystals, or jewelry is beneficial
