Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chikhli. The Crusher Plant Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair activities of the plant. Daily tasks include managing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring the efficient operation of equipment. The role also involves coordinating with production teams to minimize downtime and improve overall plant performance.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills: Experience in managing and leading maintenance teams
• Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Expertise in maintaining and repairing plant equipment
• Preventive Maintenance: Skills in developing and overseeing preventive maintenance programs
• Maintenance Management: Proven ability in managing maintenance schedules and resources
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in the aggregate or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred
