Plant Operations: Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of crushing and screening plants.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of crushers, screens, conveyors, and other related equipment.• Production Optimization: Monitor production processes, troubleshoot mechanical & electrical issues, and optimize crusher performance.• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of operators and technicians.• Coordination: Coordinate with other departments (such as maintenance, logistics, and quality control) to achieve production targets.• Reporting: Report production data, equipment status, and any issues to higher management.
