Cross-Sales Executive

Job Description
The role involves promoting and selling additional financial products to existing customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an office-based role, and the ideal candidate should have prior sales experience and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact existing customers to offer additional financial products and services
• Maintain good relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the system

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales or cross-sales experience (Banking/NBFC preferred)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)
• Office-based work (No field work)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000
