As a core member of the Employee Life Cycle Management (ELCM) team, you will be responsible for delivering HR Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will provide a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders. Your Responsibilities: Executing the HR CORE processes through SAP ensuring that Organization Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA) & Payroll related data accurately according to the global standard processes. Monitoring payroll relevant data in HR Core (salary, recurring payments etc.), whilst ensuring supporting documentation is in place. Play key role in the lock and unlock process of critical data within HR Core. Capturing ELCM-related activities into appropriate systems and record the employee queries in an appropriate IT system (ticketing tool) and process ownership of complete employee life cycle from Hire to Retire/ Termination Ensuring execution and delivery of ELCM services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) like TAT, quality and Customer satisfaction (C-SAT). Extracting reports for internal data quality through Ad-hoc query, or from customized Transactions codes and willingness to learn and implement the learning in an innovative manner. Your Background: A Bachelors degree in any stream. At least 1-3 years of experience in HR Shared Services in a global organization will be advantageous. Job Description: Pipeline Engineer 1 We are currently seeking highly motivated Jr.Pipeline Engineers (Min 2 Yrs to 5+ Yrs) with experience in transmission/ distribution oil and gas pipelines for our consultancy specializing in asset integrity and MAOP (Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure) validation and who can communicate clearly with US-based clients and superiors. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of pipeline systems for our clients. While experience in design, construction, inspections, pressure testing, and asset integrity is beneficial, the primary focus of this role is on asset integrity assessments, MAOP validation, and reviewing records such as as-built, bills of materials (BOM), material test reports (MTRs), and purchase orders (POs). Job Responsibilities : Technical Officer (Pipelines) reports to the Chief Port Engineer (CPE) He remains responsible for maintenance of Cross-country pipelines and equipment installed for Cross country pipelines He is also responsible for all other pipelines of Shipping Division including Jetty pipelines Assists CPE in Operational readiness of Single Point mooring facilities, Jetties and Reliance owned tugs Oversees all regulatory requirements for the pipelines assets as per PNGRB & OISD Guidelines Coordinates various planned maintenance activities with Reliance and Contractual workforce Releases and verifies the invoices and informing other techno-commercial contractual related matters to CPE Preparation of annual Spares for pipelines & other assets & Services for Marine budget and submits to CPE for review Keeping the CPE always informed with areas of concern in the best interest of the company Ensuring Predictive/ Preventive maintenance of pipelines as per OISD & PNGRB guidelines to ensure pipeline healthiness / integrity for both Onshore and Offshore sections Responsible for MOC & CAPEX preparation in SAP and taking various approval Responsible for various site activities such as Free span, Lateral Displacement & Cathodic protection surveys, corrosion coupon installation & monitoring, RoU monitoring etc Ensuring that Various audits like First party, second party and Third-party audits as per OISD and PNGRB are conducted successfully at site Active participation in mock drills, mutual aid & public awareness program Supervising pipeline laying activities & ensure the work as per procedures Raising PRs, making technical evaluations and ensuring smooth supply and availability of stores and spares in coordination with contract cell Keeping records of all maintenance carried out and planning preventive maintenance and scheduling in consultation with the contractors in SAP Prepare and ensure adherence to budgetary allocations for each craft or unit Any other work allocated by the Chief Port Engineer Education Requirement : Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience Requirement : Work experience in pipelines laying, repairs and maintenance is desirable Work experience in cross country pipelines is desirable Skills & Competencies : Should have sound knowledge of pipelines, offshore equipment (SPM and related fittings) and purpose of the equipment Should have sound knowledge of pipelines repair and maintenance procedures Should have SAP awareness for planned maintenance activities Should have general awareness of regulatory requirements ( PNGRB, OISD ) Should have leadership quality in dealing with Contractual workforce Should have basic computer skills

Role & Responsibilities: Planning / scheduling of operation and maintenance activities of in consultation with GA Head as per O&M Manual & AOMP for smooth and safe O&M activities. That includes 1) Patrolling 2) collecting and monitoring of Operating parameters 3) Timely preventive maintenance of CGS / DRS / IMRS / Valve and Valve chambers and pipeline. 4) Calibration of different measuring equipment. Planning and Execution of Shutdown activity for steel network Modification / Extension. Safely handling of any Emergency like NG leakage / Fire / Explosion. Experience required carrying out Hot Tapping on steel network. Timely Reporting the short falls in the deliveries of O&M contractor / emergency situations / break down maintenance etc to the GA Head Ensuring the Quality and Safety of the work being attended by O&M contractor by random visit and by thorough supervision. Ensuring proper documentation Maintaining of shift logbooks regarding critical activities carried out in the day, complaints registering, and compliance to statutory requirements by the contactors and all other documentation required for day to day O&M including odorant filling, LPT tests, AMC and certification of contractor bills. Monitoring of shift schedules of O&M manpower attending shift duties Ensuring optimal utilization of maintenance vehicle / resources in emergency Ensure training of contractor employee by HSE officer and O&M engineer Ensuring that O&M activities carried out by the contractors is in line with Torrent HSE procedures He should ensure the availability of or prepare the written procedure, work instruction and safe practices for all routine maintenance and emergency handling and to ensure that the activities are carried out as per documented procedures, instructions and safe practices. He should be qualified engineer with relevant experience and possess the leadership, qualities, managerial skills, safety consciousness, good listening skill and analytical mind. He should motivate his subordinates for compliance to various requirements of HSSE, by his leadership in the role. He will be responsible for gas reconciliation from purchase to sales He should ensure and execute jobs as per written procedure, work instruction and safe practices. He should make all efforts to ensure incident free operations; He should take all action as per ERP to control / mitigate the consequences, in case of accident, and will assist in accident investigation
