CRO (Customer Relationship Officer)

Role Overview: As a Liability Sales Officer in the banking sector based in Hyderabad, Telangana, your main responsibility will be to acquire new Current & Savings accounts, ensure quality sourcing of FDs, RDs, and other deposits, activate UPI accounts, savings balances, and insurance products, participate in branch activities and customer migration events, as well as build strong internal relationships to maximize sales. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new Current & Savings accounts - Ensure quality sourcing of FDs, RDs, and other deposits - Activate UPI accounts, savings balances, and insurance products - Participate in branch activities and customer migration events - Build strong internal relationships to maximize sales Qualifications Required: - Hold a UG/PG degree - Possess 1 to 3 years of sales experience - Be within an age limit of up to 32 years - Have a 2 Wheeler & Driving License - Provide all Semester Mark Sheets & Provisional Certificate - Hold Aadhar Card & PAN Card (with signature) - Submit an updated Resume Additional Details: The salary offered for this position ranges from 14,000 to 28,000 along with attractive incentives. The job type is full-time with benefits including Provident Fund. The working schedule involves day and morning shifts with performance bonuses and yearly bonuses.
