Job Title: CRM Executive – Real Estate

About the Role:
We are looking for a CRM Executive with experience in the real estate industry to manage client relationships, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and support sales operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling client queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client relationships throughout the customer journey.
• Handle inbound and outbound client communication (calls, emails, CRM software).
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth processes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
• Resolve client queries and provide timely updates.
• Support post-sales follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in CRM within the real estate sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of CRM software and real estate processes.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
