(CRM) - with Collections (Females)

· Payment Collection: Proactively monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and manage the collections process to ensure timely recovery of dues.

· Customer Communication: Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, and messages to discuss outstanding balances

· Relationship Management: Build and maintain profitable, long-lasting relationships with key customers, ensuring their concerns and inquiries regarding billing or services are addressed quickly and efficiently.

Work timing - Monday to Saturday ( 9 am to 6pm)

Skills required

· 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or payment collection roles

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

· Customer-centric attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
