Job Overview:
As a CRM Trainee at SWAIN ALUMINIUM PVT. LTD., you will embark on a dynamic journey to hone your skills in customer relationship management. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our customer database, supporting strategic marketing initiatives, and analyzing customer interactions to drive engagement and loyalty. This training period is designed to provide you with practical, hands-on experience, setting the foundation for a successful career in CRM. Exceptional trainees may be offered a permanent position based on their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively assist in maintaining, updating, and optimizing the CRM database to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Support the execution of targeted marketing campaigns and customer segmentation strategies that drive business growth.
• Generate insightful reports on customer behavior, campaign performance, and trends to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design, implement, and evaluate CRM campaigns that enhance customer engagement.
• Assist in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and gathering feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop proficiency in CRM software and tools, gaining hands-on experience in navigating and maintaining the system.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Minimum qualification of +2, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective customer interaction and team collaboration.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of CRM systems and solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for uncovering insights from data.
• Adaptability: Demonstrated eagerness to learn, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
