Job Summary 1.1 CRM Technical 1.1.1 Must Have Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements. Knowledge of minimum two D365 CRM modules like Sales, Service, Field Service and Customer Insights Customize and configure D365 applications, including workflows, plugins, and integrations. Strong technical skills in Power Pages, PowerApps, Power Automate, and related technologies Experience with CanvasApp development Knowledge of form script using JS, Business Process Flow, Business Rules Knowledge of solution deployment, solution management Knowledge of Integrations WebAPI Experience with development tools like Visual Studio, XRMToolBox, Postman etc Develop and maintain technical documentation for D365 solutions. Microsoft Certification 1.1.2 Good To have: (Must meet 50% for Con level, above 70% match for Sr. Con and above) Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL. Experience with D365 integrations using APIs and web services. Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline configuration for deployment Development knowledge on PCF Controls for both canvas and model driven apps Ability to create custom connectors for Power Automate Experience with SharePoint integration scenarios with Power Apps and D365 Experience with Azure platform including functions, LogicApps, ServiceBus, KeyVault PowerBI report development Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence. Experience with Large enterprise level data migration using Azure Data Factory, Kingsway soft Knowledge of CoPilot configuration 1.1.3 Power Pages: Design, develop, and implement web applications using Microsoft Power Pages. Customize and configure Power Pages to meet business requirements. Knowledge of Table Permission, Forms, Lists configuration Knowledge of HTML, JS and Liquid for Web Template configuration Experience with Power Pages Design Studio and its features
