Job Description

Manage all Zoho applications for internal teams, including workflows, assignment rules, knowledge base setup, and user access management.
Apply best practices on Zoho CRM and other relevant Zoho Applications to derive the best outcomes.
Integrate APIs with other Zoho Applications and third-party applications.
Develop and manage data models to support reporting requirements.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
Ensure seamless data integration from various sources into Zoho CRM.
Create reports and dashboards on all Zoho Apps, including Zoho Analytics.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Provide training and support to end-users on Zoho CRM system usage.
Extract insights from complex datasets using Power BI integrated with CRM system to drive informed business decisions.
Map processes (Approvals Process, lead scoring rule, assignment rule, blueprint) and create workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data integration requirements.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Zoho CRM plus/one package/creator applications.
Experience in writing Zoho custom functions with a deep understanding of Deluge, Zoho REST API, Widget, and Scheduler.
Knowledge of relational databases, including work with MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or other common RDBMS.
Understanding of integrating websites, landing pages, social networking sites with Zoho CRM using any third-party app like Zoho Flow, Zapier, Webhook, etc.
Proven experience with Zoho Analytics or similar business intelligence tools.
Strong data visualization skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
Proficiency in SQL Query tables and KPIs for data querying and manipulation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work from office.
