Job Description

Documentation to handle post-sales customer interaction and manage end-to-end documentation processes. The role involves co ordinating with clients, legal teams, and internal departments to ensure a smooth documentation journey, while also maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction


Responsibilities


Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-booking.


Manage end-to-end customer documentation process including:


Documentation Handling: Booking forms Allotment leers Maintain positive relationships with clients by providing timely updates and assistance.


Customer Relationship Management: Verify all documents submitted by customers for accuracy and completeness.


Key Responsibilities: Conduct periodic follow-ups for outstanding documents or dues.


Qualifications


Any graduate


Should have team handling experience
