CRM (Real Estate)

We are looking for a proactive and well-presented CRM to manage client communication and coordination within our real estate division. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the real estate sector and possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. This is a client servicing role (no sales target) focused on ensuring client satisfaction and smooth coordination between teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client communication and relationship management professionally.
• Coordinate meetings and site visits with clients and the operations team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure seamless client experience and satisfaction.
• Assist management by providing timely client updates and feedback.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and operations departments.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a real estate or client servicing role.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Presentable and confident personality.
• Note: No sales targets – purely a client servicing and coordination role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
