Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Post Gold Loan at sbfc finance Ltd Gold Loan, located in Bhagalpur. The CRM Post Gold Loan will be responsible for managing customer relationships post-loan disbursement, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring timely repayments, and maintaining accurate loan records. Daily tasks include liaising with customers, closely monitoring loan accounts, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
