Job Title: CRM Executive – Architect & High-End Client Relations

We work closely with architects, interior designers, and discerning customers to deliver tailor-made solutions. We are seeking a polished, articulate, and customer-focused CRM Executive to be the bridge between our brand and our valued clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, interior designers, and premium customers.
• Understand client needs and provide accurate product/service information.
• Handle inbound and outbound client communication via calls, emails, and in-person meetings when required.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and updated client data in the CRM system.
• Organize and follow up on client meetings, presentations, and events.
• Prepare regular reports on client engagement and feedback.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English skills (mandatory).
• Confident, professional, and pleasant communication style.
• Previous experience in dealing with high-end clients, preferably in interiors, architecture, luxury goods, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
