CRM (Female - Freshers)

As a potential candidate for this position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Real Estate industry. Your role will involve handling customer queries, following up on leads, and providing assistance in client coordination to support sales teams. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain the CRM database, update client interactions, and ensure excellent communication and customer service. The ideal candidate for this role should have a qualification of BBA/MBA in the Marketing domain. This position is Full-time, Permanent, and suitable for Freshers. The work schedule is during the Day shift with a yearly bonus offered. In terms of education, a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Proficiency in English language is also preferred. The work location for this position is in Mohali, Punjab. The role requires in-person work to effectively carry out the responsibilities outlined above.,
