Job Description

Position: CRM Facility

Experience of 7-10 years in formation, managing and handover of maintenance to resident associations across Chennai & Bangalore
Well-versed in various statutory licenses (CTO, Lift, Lease Renewals) across resident associations
Language well versed in English, Tamil
Strong in collaboration – both internal and external stakeholders
Basic knowledge in handling facilities – given nature of work
we require someone who has dealt with Associations and handover of maintenance to Associations.
