CRM Expert

As a CRM Developer at our company, your role will involve developing, customizing, and maintaining Zoho CRM and other CRM systems to meet business requirements. You will be responsible for creating custom modules, fields, layouts, and workflows in Zoho CRM, as well as building and maintaining CRM integrations with third-party applications using APIs. Your tasks will also include designing and implementing automation rules, custom functions, and scripts to enhance CRM functionality, and troubleshooting and resolving CRM issues and bugs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and IT to gather requirements and implement CRM solutions will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will provide user training and create documentation for CRM best practices, while keeping up to date with CRM platform updates and new features.
