In this role as a Zoho CRM Developer, your responsibilities will include: - Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Developer or CRM Developer (minimum [X] years). - Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM modules, workflows, Deluge scripting, and APIs. - Experience with other CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus. - Proficiency in integration tools and REST APIs. - Familiarity with CRM data migration, customization, and automation techniques. - Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective CRM solutions. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team. - Relevant certifications in Zoho CRM or other CRM platforms are an advantage. Additionally, preferred skills for this position include: - Experience with CRM reporting and analytics tools. - Knowledge of CRM security roles and user management.,
