Job Description:
*Attended to inquiries and interacted with customers to address queries. *Discussed drawings with the PED (Product Engineering Department) and NPD (New Product Development) teams.
*Followed up on costing discussions with higher officials. *Generated inquiries, quotes, sales orders, and work orders.
*Reviewed non-converted quotes with managers to seek their involvement.
*Presented order status updates to management, engaging them on critical work order items.
*Delivered weekly and monthly sales presentations to superiors.
*Acknowledged sales orders to clients via email.
*Followed up on work orders with internal stakeholders to confirm delivery dates. *Conducted daily meetings to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
*Prepared monthly schedules to meet customer demands across all units.
*Provided daily dispatch details to customers for pending orders.
*Monitored and tracked export and domestic shipments on a daily basis. Sent test reports to customers in conjunction with routine dispatches.
Skills:
