Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients regarding bookings, test details, reports, and service feedback.
  • Maintain and update patient data in CRM software with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (phlebotomists, labs, logistics, and billing) to ensure smooth patient service.
  • Follow up with patients for pending appointments, report delivery, and feedback collection.
  • Resolve patient complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in promotional campaigns, appointment reminders, and service updates via calls/SMS/email.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary. Generate CRM reports and share insights for service improvement.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools/software. Patience and empathy while dealing with patients.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or diagnostics is desirable.
