Job Role - CRM Executive Location: Kolkata | Experience: 1–2 years | Full-time (Mon-Sat, 10am-7pm | 9am-6pm) Round Two Ventures LLP is a fast-growing company offering tea, coffee, and snacks across offices, hospitals, and colleges through vending machines. We’re looking for a smart, hands-on CRM Executive who will be responsible for managing inside sales activities (inbound lead handling, cold calling, sales closure) and existing client servicing responsibilities (order coordination, payment follow-ups, service issue resolution). Key Responsibilities Inside Sales Handle inbound leads via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring prompt follow-up. Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate new business. Understand customer requirements, provide product/service information, and close sales. Maintain lead database and update CRM system with interactions and status. Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion ratios. Client Servicing Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients. Manage order-taking process and ensure timely order entry in coordination with the operations team. Conduct payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections. Coordinate service requests between clients and internal teams, ensuring quick resolution. Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and upselling opportunities.
