We’re looking for a smart, hands-on Operations Executive to manage stock, vendors, billing, dispatch, and godown operations across our Tea/Coffee and Snacks Vending Business. Key Responsibilities Stock Planning: Demand forecasting, ordering, inwarding & idle stock control Godown Management: FIFO, cleanliness, stock audits, expiry/damage control Vendor Management: Negotiations, service SLAs, prioritization Process Efficiency: Bring in SOPs and tech-driven systems for daily ops Billing & Data Entry: Accurate invoicing, purchase entries, rental bills Dispatch Coordination: Work with delivery team for cost/time-efficient dispatches MIS & Reporting: Maintain reports for inventory, billing & dispatch Customer Handling: Take calls in absence of client servicing/sales Retail Merchandising: Plan SKUs, forecast demand for retail locations Requirements Graduate (Commerce/Supply Chain preferred) 2–3 years in operations, inventory, or logistics (FMCG, Retail, Vending a plus) Proficient in billing tools (Tally/Zoho) and Excel/Google Sheets Should be well versed with Kolkata area Strong negotiation, communication & multi-tasking skills Process-driven, reliable, ownership mindset Bonus (Good to have): Worked in small teams or distributor setups Basic knowledge of vending machines Own laptop Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities Inside Sales Handle inbound leads via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring prompt follow-up. Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate new business. Understand customer requirements, provide product/service information, and close sales. Maintain lead database and update CRM system with interactions and status. Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion ratios. Client Servicing Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients.
