CRM Executive / Real estate

As a CRM Specialist in our company, you will be responsible for lead management and maintaining effective communication between internal teams and clients. Your main duties will include managing leads in the CRM system, updating client information, and ensuring timely follow-up with leads. You will be expected to communicate efficiently with sales associates through various channels such as phone and email to provide solutions to client queries. Collaboration with the sales team is crucial in this role to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and follow-up on sales activities. You will also be required to create reports on lead status, sales activity, and client communication. Your support to the sales team and continuous improvement of CRM processes will be essential in maximizing efficiency and effectiveness. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM, preferably in a channel partner or developer firm. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in CRM software and lead management processes is necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and in a team are essential. Attention to detail, the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively, and a positive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and processes are also required.
