Description
As a D365 Developer at Arup, you will be an integral part of the Client Systems Team, focusing on supporting and maintaining the D365 application. Your role will involve collaborating with regional and global user groups, business analysts, and marketing teams to identify, implement, and support key business requirements. At Arup, you will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse and globally distributed team, working on all aspects of D365 development, including integration with internal and external applications. In this role, you will design and deliver solutions that add value to our engineering teams and the services offered to clients. Your responsibilities will include translating business requirements into high-quality CRM solutions, implementing best practices for incremental changes, and providing end-user support across various functional modules. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing maintenance of our CRM system. To excel in this position, you must possess strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and a proven track record of delivering effective solutions. Experience in supporting CRM across multiple regions is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment with a focus on continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and modifying software using C#/Javascript - Maintaining SSIS packages and SSRS reports - Implementing and supporting MS Dynamics configurations and custom extensions - Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand process needs and provide technical solutions - Following best practice CRM standards in solution design, testing, and implementation - Delivering business changes to CRM modules - Promoting the Microsoft roadmap and future direction for scalable designs - Providing timely responses and taking ownership of user-support requests - Contributing actively to the team by sharing knowledge and promoting development best practices Essential Skills and Knowledge: - Demonstrated experience with Dynamics 365 online and global customer base - Proficiency in C# .Net, Dynamics 365 JavaScript/jQuery, Power Automate Flows, Azure components, and 3rd party APIs - Experience with SSIS packages, SSRS reports, SQL queries, and Microsoft DevOps principles - Problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams - Strong team working skills and the ability to build trusted relationships At Arup, we prioritize our members" success and offer a competitive benefits package to support your wellbeing and personal growth.
