Designation: CRM Data Analyst

Summary:

Analyze customer data within a CRM system to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders and recommend actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer behavior, preferences, and needs.
  • Reporting and Visualization:
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to target specific groups with tailored marketing and sales messages.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for optimizing customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness within the CRM system.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service) to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Identify emerging trends in customer behavior and preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze customer data to identify and address issues related to customer satisfaction, retention, and churn.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and trends in large datasets.
  • Preferred experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and related tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience creating and interpreting reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques (e.g., statistical analysis, regression analysis).
  • Understanding of CRM concepts, processes, and best practices.
  • Ability to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness within the CRM system.
  • Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues and problems.
