CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)

You are invited to apply for the position of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) at FPL. We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team at Vanagaram Sitting place, with branches to cover in Guindy, Madhavaram, Navalur, and Guduvancherry. As a CRM, you will be responsible for managing the entire customer relationship cycle, from initial enquiry to after-sales follow-up. This includes maintaining and updating customer databases, handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating with different teams within the organization, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve addressing customer complaints promptly, planning customer engagement activities, and preparing reports on CRM activities. To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to problem-solve effectively. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM/DMS tools, and basic data analysis is essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate knowledge of the automobile industry. Candidates should hold a graduate degree in any discipline, with a preference for Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. A minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales support within the automobile or similar industries is required. Freshers with strong communication and customer service skills may also apply for junior roles. Key Performance Indicators for this role include lead follow-up rate, conversion rate, customer satisfaction and retention rates, improvement in CSI/SSI scores, and timeliness and accuracy of database updates.
