Job Description

Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Strong Experience on any tech stack such as .NET, MERN, MEAN and Solid experience in managing Cloud Technologies (Must Have / Mandatory) projects Project planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of deliverables Solid experience in client management, team management Solid experience in Agile Methodologies, preferably holding any certifications with End to end implementation of Agile Experience in supporting Presales and preparing SOWs Exposure to ISO and CMMI Audits Control the entire project life cycle Works closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project Implementing best-practice, KPI,s and Metrics, tools and processes to drive efficient delivery Mentor, Motivate and encourage the team members to build a high performing team Priories the product backlog by working closely with the product owner Clearly define and communicate requirements and plan to the team and stakeholders Ensure Quality with on-time delivery of agreed deliverable are met
