Job Description

Job DescriptionResponsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment

Monitor and assess patients' conditions, recognizing and responding to changes in status

Administer medications, treatments, and life-saving interventions as per protocol

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Educate and support patients families, ensuring they understand the care being provided and involve them in decision-making processes

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with the latest in critical care practices

Assist in the management and operation of advanced medical equipment and technologiesRequired Qualifications

Valid nursing license and current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Previous experience in critical care or intensive care unit (ICU) settings

Strong clinical Skillsand the ability to make quick, informed decisions in high-pressure situations

Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as neededWorkplace Culture
