Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Critical Care Doctor located in Bengaluru. The Critical Care Doctor will be responsible for managing patients in critical care units, performing necessary medical procedures, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The role also includes developing patient care plans, conducting rounds, and participating in patient and family education sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in critical care procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and ventilator management
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in patient care management and treatment planning
• Ability to work in high-stress environments and make quick decisions
• MD in Critical Care Medicine or equivalent qualification
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine
• Relevant experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
