Crew Scheduling

As a Crew Scheduler at the Aviation Service Providing Firm in Mumbai (Andheri East), your role involves developing and maintaining schedules for Loadmasters in alignment with operational requirements. Your responsibilities include: - Managing last-minute changes such as flight delays, cancellations, Loadmaster swaps, and load adjustments. - Coordinating Trainings for Loadmaster scheduling in line with recurrent and initial training sessions. - Ensuring compliance with Aviation regulatory duty and rest limitations. - Maintaining accurate records of all scheduling activities and crew/LM assignments as per company process SOP. - Adjusting schedules proactively in response to operational disruptions, weather, maintenance issues, or client requirements. - Supporting LM scheduling plan by coordinating aircraft weight and balance data with assigned Loadmasters. - Maintaining crew rosters and ensuring all scheduling documentation is up to date. - Understanding country-specific immigration requirements and restrictions. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in any stream with preference to Aviation Management or related field. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in aviation operations, crew scheduling, LM scheduling, or flight coordination. - Strong understanding of air cargo operations. - Candidates with understanding of loadmaster functions and aircraft weight & balance principles will be preferred.,
