Job Summary:
As a Crew Member at McDonald’s, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing quality food, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders accurately
• Prepare and serve food and beverages as per McDonald’s standards
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, lobby, and workstations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
• Handle cash and digital payments responsibly
• Work as a team to ensure quick and friendly service
• Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass (preferred)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work in shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team spirit
