As a Crew Member at McDonald's operated by Connaught Plaza Restaurants Pvt. Ltd in North & East India, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our customers. With a commitment to using locally sourced, quality ingredients, McDonald's in India offers a diverse menu to its patrons. Currently, we have close to 200 restaurants in North & East India, providing direct employment opportunities to over 6,500 individuals. Your main responsibilities as a Crew Member will include connecting with customers to ensure they have a positive experience, assisting customers in ordering their favorite McDonald's meals, preparing McDonald's World-Famous food, collaborating with other Crew members and Managers to achieve daily goals, and maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetics of the restaurant through activities like mopping, sweeping, dusting, and other cleaning tasks as required. To be eligible for this position, you should be at least 18 years old and have completed your 12th standard education. More importantly, we are looking for individuals with an outstanding attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Rest assured, we will provide you with the necessary training to excel in your role. Regarding compensation, Crew Members are paid wages per hour with a maximum of 208 hours per month. Any hours worked beyond this limit will be compensated as overtime. The hourly rate may vary based on the state where the restaurant is located. Leave and holiday entitlements adhere to the regulations outlined in the State Shop & Establishment Act. The hiring process involves an initial interview with the Restaurant Manager followed by an on-job evaluation (OJE) to assess your fit for the role.
