As a Crew Member at McDonald's - CPRL India, you play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Connecting with customers to ensure they have a positive experience - Assisting customers in ordering their favorite McDonald's meals - Preparing all of McDonald's World-Famous food - Collaborating with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun - Maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the restaurant through activities such as mopping, brooming, dusting, and other cleaning tasks as needed. To excel in this role, all you need is an outstanding attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment. We will provide the necessary training to help you succeed. Minimum Criteria: - You must be 18 years of age or older - 12th pass. Salary: - Wages are paid per hour, with a maximum of 208 hours in a month. Overtime will be paid for hours exceeding 208. The hourly rate varies from state to state. Leave / Holiday: - As per State Shop & Establishment Act. Hiring Process: - Initial interview with the Restaurant Manager. - On-job-evaluation (OJE) will be conducted, and if found suitable, you will be hired. Career Development Path for Crew: - Start as a Crew Member and based on performance, progress to: - Crew Trainer - Floor Manager, 2nd Assistant - Floor Manager, 1st Assistant - Restaurant Manager.
