CREO Engineer with Sheet Metal and Welding

As a CREO Engineer with expertise in Sheet Metal and Welding, you will be responsible for utilizing your skills in Microsoft Office Programming, Creo, Sheet Metal Design, PTC Windchill, and Welding Process to contribute to the design and development of heavy equipment or automotive engine designs in Pune, India. You should possess a B.Tech (Mechanical) or DME qualification with a first-class degree and a minimum of 60% marks. With an overall work experience of 3-5 years in the field of Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design / Agricultural Equipment design, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in CAD tools, particularly Creo 3.0/Creo 4.0, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. Your key responsibilities will include designing sheet metal components and assemblies using Part Modelling, Advanced Part Modelling, and Sheet Metal Modelling techniques, along with creating structural and weldment drawings. You should be adept at developing sheet metal casting models, flat patterns, punch forms, die forms, and bend order tables. Additionally, you will be required to create skeleton models and large assemblies using Top-down/Bottom-up approaches in Creo. A strong understanding of sheet metal manufacturing processes, welding symbols, Windchill PDM execution, and GD&T with ASME Y 14.5 standards is essential for this role. As an independent work executer with minimal support, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
