Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing sheet metal components and assemblies using CAD tools like Creo. Your role will involve creating structural and weldment drawings, as well as sheet metal and casting models. Additionally, you will work on creating flat patterns, punch forms, die forms, and bend order tables. Your expertise in sheet metal manufacturing processes and welding symbols will be crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Creo 3.0/Creo 4.0 to design sheet metal components and assemblies - Develop structural and weldment drawings - Create sheet metal and casting models - Generate flat patterns, punch forms, die forms, and bend order tables - Work on Skeleton models and large assemblies using Top-down/Bottom-up approaches in Creo - Apply knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes - Interpret welding symbols effectively - Execute Wind-chill PDM - Apply GD&T principles following ASME Y 14.5 standards - Work independently with minimal support - Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills Qualification Required: - B.Tech (Mechanical)/ DME with first-class and minimum 60% marks - 3-5 years of overall work experience with BE in the field of Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design/Agricultural Equipment design - Proficiency in Creo 3.0/Creo 4.0 for at least 3 years - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Programming, PTC Windchill, and Welding Process - Good understanding of GD&T principles with ASME Y 14.5 standards Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing sheet metal components and assemblies using CAD tools like Creo.
