Key Responsibilities Supporting the Rating Advisory team of a global investment bank in preparing rating presentations, rating models and indicative rating Strong understanding of S&P, Moody's and Fitch rating methodologies and expertise in different financial adjustments as well as qualitative aspects, required for assigning ratings to companies and bond issuances Understanding of different sectors including Energy, Auto, Transportation, and Mobility, Healthcare, Industrials, Media and Communications, Technology, Utilities and Power, Real Estate, Gaming, and Leisure Should also have strong understanding of financial models, cash flow models, LBO models, forecast analysis and ratio analysis Knowledge and hands on experience in preparing industry and company overviews/ analysis, peer comparison and presentations Experience in regular client interaction, structuring deliverables & developing efficient work processes Ensure clear understanding of client requirements and very high quality of output Key Competencies 3-7 years of experience in the Rating Agency such as CRISIL, CARE etc. or Rating Advisory team of a bank or boutique firm. Experience in below assignments will be required Rating Analysis/ credit assessment/ models/ presentations for Large Corporates Financial analysis including peer benchmarking and ratio analysis Debt structure analysis including headroom analysis Financial models including LBO model, cash flow forecast models etc Should be well versed with Office 2010/2013: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point Excellent written and spoken communication skills with extensive experience in Client handling Post-Graduation in Finance or equivalent qualification

Role & responsibilities Good Experience in Live underwriting and Income calculation is mandatory. Good Knowledge in US Mortgage Underwriting is mandatory. Initial 3 to 4 months (WFO) and post 3 to 4 months (WFH). Should be Ready to Relocate to Pune or Chennai at least for 3 to 4 months. Good Knowledge in End to End Underwriting. Good Knowledge in reviewing of Credit report and Public report. Evaluate the value of the property being financed to ensure it aligns with the loan amount requested. Identify and assess potential risks associated with the loan, considering factors like loan-to-value ratio, loan type, and applicant's financial situation. Ensure compliance with lender guidelines, industry regulations, and government regulations. Based on the analysis and risk assessment, make a decision to approve, deny, or conditionally approve the loan application. Generate detailed underwriting reports and documentation to support their decisions. Communicate effectively with loan officers, borrowers, and other stakeholders, addressing questions and providing updates. Stay up-to-date with changes in lending regulations, industry trends, and underwriting practices. Monitor the performance of approved loans and provide regular updates to management.
