Credit Product Strategy Operation Assistant Vice President

In this role, as a part of the CPSO team at Citi, you will be working with senior Banking and Credit Risk SMEs to ensure exceptional outcomes for clients while maintaining industry-leading safety and soundness in credit risk management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing testing support to resolve MRAs/CAPs and SIIs across Institutional Credit Management - Engaging with regional and industry stakeholders for effective issue resolution and risk mitigation - Implementing best practices to drive operational consistency across Business Units - Ensuring adoption and improvement of Credit Risk Process Digitalization platforms - Completing projects within the CPSO book of work in a timely manner - Following governance mechanisms to prevent recurrence of issues - Identifying opportunities to optimize processes using new age tools like AI/ML - Providing feedback and coaching to sustain a strong credit culture and commitment to excellence - Participating in Learning, Development, and Training opportunities - Supporting CPSE VoE Engagement, Belonging (DEI), and Leadership scores - Traveling occasionally (less than 10%) As a successful candidate, you should ideally possess the following skills and exposure: - 6-9 years of financial services experience in Banking or FI Industry - Deep knowledge of Wholesale Credit Processes and Policies - Familiarity with Citis systems and preparing presentations - Strong adherence to the control environment - Strategic orientation to provide effective resolutions and best practices for Risk Mitigation - Interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence without direct authority - Strong organizational skills to work under pressure effectively - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Education: - BA/BSc in Finance or Accounting or higher degree in Business (MBA), CFA, or related subject This job description offers a summary of the work involved in the role, with a focus on responsibilities, qualifications, and the company's commitment to growth and development.,
