Credit Product Strategy Operation Assistant Vice President

In this role, you will be part of the CPSO team at Citi, which comprises senior Banking and Credit Risk Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and specialized staff. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing testing support to resolve MRAs/CAPs and SIIs across Institutional Credit Management (ICM) to ensure effective issue resolution and risk mitigation - Collaborating with Portfolio Manager and Assistant Portfolio Manager to engage with regional and industry stakeholders for effective issue resolution and risk mitigation - Implementing best practices in line with established guidelines to drive operational consistency across Business Units - Ensuring timely adoption and improvement of Credit Risk Process Digitalization platforms in partnership with ICM Product Development, Technology, and end users - Completing projects within the CPSO book of work in a timely manner - Following governance mechanisms/controls to prevent recurrence of issues - Identifying opportunities to leverage new age tools (AI/ML) to optimize processes across the ICM organization - Providing ongoing feedback and coaching to sustain a strong credit culture and commitment to excellence in analysis and execution - Actively participating in Learning, Development, and Training opportunities - Supporting CPSE VoE Engagement, Belonging (DEI), and Leadership scores - Traveling (less than 10%) As a successful candidate, you are ideally expected to have the following skills and exposure: - 6-9 years of demonstrable financial services experience in Banking or FI Industry - Deep knowledge of Wholesale Credit Processes and Policies - Familiarity with Citis systems - Experience in preparing presentations for seniors - Strong awareness and adherence to the control environment - Strategic orientation for effective resolutions and best practices in Risk Mitigation - Well-developed interpersonal skills to build relationships and exert influence - Strong organizational skills to work under pressure with little to no supervision - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Qualifications required for this role include: - BA/BSc in Finance or Accounting, or higher degree in Business (MBA), or CFA, or related subject Please note that this job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed, and other job-related duties may be assigned as required.,
