Job Description

Role Overview: You will play a key role in converting visions into market-ready products while addressing and overcoming complex challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to execute key delivery tasks and identify methods to boost efficiencies - Provide user support during production incidents and proactively communicate status - Support the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitor adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements - Raise blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources - Implement transformational processes and products through cross-functional areas within WLS - Partner with clients and stakeholders on requirement gathering; design, ideate, wireframe, prototype features, and experiences - Refine product backlog in JIRA, and use cases with exceptional detail and discipline - Apply analytical and creative thinking to design solutions to operations inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities - Coordinate and govern User Acceptance Testing, ensuring user engagement and testing rigor - Manage PROD support activities i.e. simulation of user issues, timely resolution of priority queries, issue prioritization, escalation, and stakeholder engagement - Represent the user group by presenting documented requirements to the technology teams Qualification Required: - Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience - Minimum years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area - Sound understanding of credit monitoring processes within a global banking setup - Keen understanding of covenants monitoring, borrowing bases, and security valuation modules, etc. - Experience executing operations change readiness activities - Experience in large scale, cross-functional initiatives and passion for process innovation, design, and technology - Experience in Agile methodology - Basic proficiency in JIRA, Tableau, Alteryx - Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS PowerPoint Additional Details: - Preferred qualifications include developed knowledge of the product development life cycle - Experience within large Financial Services firms is preferred - Experience with implementing and using workflow tools - Commercial banking facility covenant monitoring processes - Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner,
